  • Reach out to potential clients to discuss diverse advertising opportunities.
  • Coordinate with existing clients for advertisement placement and design, fostering ongoing relationships.
  • Investigate client needs and articulate the advantages of advertising, addressing any concerns.
  • Present pricing details to potential clients, engaging in negotiations when required.
  • Provide account management to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely and accurate advertisement placement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, engaging with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Clearly communicate the progress of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/early initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow-ups with customers, attend to customer complaints & resolve any complaints or issues to customer’s satisfaction.
  • To maintain good rapport with customers by providing support, high level of service, market and product information, regulatory guidance, and market trend.
  • Develop and execute account-specific strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • To ensure sales targets are achieved and maintain good customer rapport.
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies across various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, display advertising, and other relevant platforms.
  • Creating and managing sales funnels to drive customer acquisition and retention. 
  • Analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns to improve their effectiveness and maximize return on investment.
  •  Conducting market research and analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights that can be leveraged to improve marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Developing and managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.
  • To develop engaging and creative contents such as videos & posters for Kerabat Digital Sdn Bhd
  • To plan a monthly campaign, events, and content calendar for Kerabat Digital Sdn Bhd
  • Present a weekly progress report to the director on Monday or Friday.
  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, social media accounts, marketing materials, and similar platforms
  • Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
  • Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.
  • Analyses marketing campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas.
  • Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
  • Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites using WordPress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand website requirements.
  • Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues promptly.
  • Manage and monitor the dedicated server to ensure optimal performance, security, and backups.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices in web design and server administration.
