Non-Refundable Services

All digital products, online classes, ticket purchases, or bookings made via Kerabat Digital are strictly non-refundable and non-deferrable, unless stated otherwise in writing.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only applicable if:

  1. The class or event was canceled by Kerabat Digital.
  2. Duplicate transactions occurred due to technical errors.
  3. Payment was made for a wrong product due to system glitch (must be verified by our team).
